Last weekend i started getting sick. Not true sick like a cold, but allergy sick. Stuffy nose, coughing, sore throat, feeling achy. �Since about August, i have been practicing Qi Gong (alternately spelled Chi Kung), �and now i am completely healed. I basically had an abbreviated version of only two days what usually keeps me down for a week or more.

Saturday night i left work with a irritated and sore throat, stuffed up nose and just feeling ick. Sunday was more of the same. Master worked on my neck, moving lymph blockages which got rid of the sore throat and i continued my Qi Gong and breathing.

Monday night it came to a head where i broke into a fever but it broke in a couple of hours. Tueaday the sympoms lessened and by later that evening all thatapos;s left is the occational sniffle.

i practice my QiGong everyday. 10 breaths, 6 reps each of� the two stretches followed by 10 more breaths, all with visuals to accompany them.

Master and Onei-san have been practicing since June or July, with diet changes. They have both lost weight, Masterapos;s diabetes (type 2)�is completely gone. He can have sugary things without a spike in his blood sugar. Onei-san who has had high blood pressure for around 8 years is now only 13 points away from normal..and she has not taken one pill.

And me? Yes i have changed my diet as well, though not required as drastic as one. I drink tons of water now, my high carb intake has been curbed, and i enjoy eating veggies now.� i feel healthier, my arthritis has not bothered me at all. My breasts have gotten bigger, and i have regular perids, without aide of medication.

Woke up early in the morning.hahaha.went to school for 10/10 rehearsals.bought triple choco milk to drink.it was simply awesome (: then walked up to moberly.and just as i was reaching,i received this msg from thiha pine.hahaha.scared me,thought he was some stalker.he was in school for rock climbing competition.oh wells,we finished the rehearsals,then stacey,thomas and i went to meet weepeng on the train.hahaha.ended up not going for tc outing and went to city hall to shop instead and eatafter that stacey and thomas left and we went to esplanade the river side and to the open space outside the lift.watched some performance.it was malay dance.not bad,though the guy scared us all a little.hahaha.headed home after that.wells,thats for my day and tmr,im going to church again.hahaha.and weepeng is coming over to use laptop.and i cant wait to see joleen as usual (:

Everything in Hans Varnerapos;s life is kept in an orderly fashion, and his pockets are no exception. His shirt pocket always contains a plastic comb, small and black. His right pants pocket contains a keyring with five keys on it - one to a safety deposit box, two for the front and back doors of his house, one for his office and one for a filing cabinet. The wallet has six business cards inside, identifying him as the deputy mayor of a small town called Mitiligart, Iowa and giving his office address. He has a driverapos;s license left over from when he thought he might want to drive again, now primarily for identification purposes. His full name is listed as Hans Ernst Varner. This is true; the date of birth is always a lie. He doesnapos;t remember the current one he has listed. His home address is 2012 Meade Drive . He has a Visa check/debit card from a Commerce bank in Des Moines, an American Express card, and a CVS pharmacy card. Behind them is a folded piece of paper with the number of a swiss bank account - the paper is yellow with age, and is only unfolded twice a year though he has long since committed the number to memory.

Inside the billfold portion of the wallet - three twenties, two tens, one five, three dollars, one quarter and two pennies. There is a flap behind the money that conceals a photograph. The photograph is papery with age and repeated fingering, as early on he had a habit of running his thumb over it to check if it was still in there. The image has faded with time and wear to be nearly unrecognizable - it could be any boy, on any street, in any time. Hans likes that about it, the anonymity brought on by age, and that he alone knows that it is a photograph of his Occitan lover snapped in a Paris alley during a rare carefree day sixty-some years ago. He no longer takes it out nightly, as he did in the early years - but he is content that it is there in its proper place.

Well, friends, it is time to plan out our fantastic hedonistic day of modest eating and heavy drinking to celebrate the fact we have survived yet another year. Yes, I hope our pants drop as fast as the Dow Jones Ok so it will be on a Saturday, of course due to the fact that Felix works some weekends, but I am leaving open for a vote as to which weekend will work best for most people. I would like to get the nice big crowd again this time (fingers crossed). So the choices are November 1st or November 15th. The weekend after the 15th is my actual bday and a bunch of us have the Kathy Griffin show we are going to.
